About Bernard

This was the WordPress site for blogs from Bernard Harkins during the 2016 Scottish Parliament campaign.

Bernard has been an active trade unionist throughout his working life and is currently the Branch Chair and Equalities Officer of the Public and Commercial Services Union (PCS) in the Crown Office and Procurator Fiscal Service Branch.
